went out on a 6 hr trip Saturday 11/4/11. winds were kicking. the boat, Captain Tom and Mate Mitch were excellent. I hve fished in the Keys many times and this was my first charter in Ft Lauderdale. Caught some Mahi Mahi and a large hammerhead. Had a missed bite with a Sailfish. Overall a great trip due to the professionalism and top notch crew and equipment. I would highly recommend Happy Day Today Charters and plan to go out again the next time Im in the area.

Captain Zsak and First Mate Mitch are the best! On a day when the fish were not biting for other captains, Capt Zsak not only put us on fish but he put us on fish that were biting! We caught Kings, Mackerel, Blackfin, Bonita and Maihi and had an absolutely wonderful time doing it The boat was clean and the equipment was well maintained. Best of all, we took friends out who were not fishermen (one had never been fishing). Mitch was patient and provided very clear instruction. We never lost a fish.

Capt Zsak tried to put us on some grouper and snapper, even going to some of his "secret" holes. No luck... there were fish on the finder -- LOTS OF THEM! but no bites even using small live Bonita.

Non-the-less, we had a awesome day and recommend Capt Zsak and First Mate Mitch if you're looking for a great time off shore here in Ft Lauderdale

Not much to say. A great trip with plenty of action. The Captain knew his fishing and the amazing thing is we never had to go more than a few miles off the beach. Imagine catching a blue marlin just a few miles away from shore. I never would have thought but that is exactly what we did. Only one but lots of other fish including a couple sailfish which is what we were told we might catch in the first place.

Great day of fishing with calm seas and lots of sunshine. A little hot, well really hot but I don't think the charter people can control the weather. Show me one that can and I will fish with them every time.

In all seriousness it was an excellent fishing trip and yes I would certainly fish on the Happy Day Today again.
