Stayed here with a family that had been here several times over the year. In no way lived up to expectations. From their own website they are described as:

"sound of rushing water echoing across the valley bring together an atmosphere of quietness and a calming feelings that set your priorities back in line"

Not a very truthful assessment when they rent out the pavilion with no concern for anyone else in the subdivision. We could all handle a little noise until 10 or so at night, but when you call the manager on duty after 11 and they could care less, and finally have to call the police after 1 just so you can sleep that really doesn't promote "an atmosphere of quietness and calming feelings" Not when the bass from the party is so loud it's shaking your cabin all night.
It's not the party's fault. It's the lodge's for not being forthcoming about the party. If they would have been up front about it we would not have gone. Definitely not a place to relax or feel at ease, unless you rent out the entire property. Apparently not stocking the river as much anymore either. There were hardly any fish at all in the river. Managment seems totally uninterested in anyone other than those who rent the pavilion. So if you're going just for the cabin, don't waste your time. You're taking your chances as to whether or not you can sleep, much less have a relaxing vacation.
