The Bear Viewing/Fishing Combo tour is brokered by Inlet but serviced by Talon Air Services. We didn't know until we left, sent Barb @ Inlet Charters email asking for a discount on a REAL bear viewing. She gave excuses saying we needed to ask for something (advertised on their website) None of the pictures shown next to the tour were of the actual place we went fishing (Wolverine Creek).Rainy, cold, 5 fish in 5 hrs that expert guide struggled to catch (overfished creek), Disneyworld line waiting to fish, broken rainboots let water in. Website later changed after our complaint & pretended to our credit card company that changed one was the one we saw at time. I have 50 pages I would love to share showing how they argued with us in the email, failed to address a single issue, didn't compromise or offer even a cup of coffee as compensation. They didn't care if we told the world, acted superior. Dishonest, argumentative, defensive, no customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST!
