Outstanding trip with an extremely passionate and knowledgeable captain and mate ! Our Fist trip with Capt John Marino was on the slow side but he hung in giving us extra time and the bite came on and we boated over 35 stripes fom 24 inches to 36 pounds. For two of my guests on this trip it was the first time they ever fished for stripers and were given the right instruction by the mate to actually "set up" as they say and catch the fish themselves.We have taken more than 4 trips per season with this boat , at 650 per trip it is not cheap but well worth the extra money you get what you pay for ,we found that 4 is magic number when bass fishing in the spring . I must say there is no one else i would rather fish with for bass or blackfish you will not be disappointed.
